I got 2 calls from the same number in the am 1 message just played music for 37 seconds the message she said her name was kelly Hendricks from dept of investigation wanting my side of the story from me or my attorney or case would be turned over to my jurisdiction. Do not know if a scam or not i am still checking into it.
I got a voicemail from this number. This is the transcription with my name and identifying information removed:
Detective Hendrix Department of investigations this will be my second documented attempt to reach an individual by the name of [NAME REMOVED]. [NAME REMOVED] you do have a criminal complaint set to be filed with the state of [REMOVED] today. I am concerned that you are unaware of these allegations that you face a 10-day mandatory letter went out to placer address on the state record with no response at this time and enter federal law. I'm required to schedule a service of process and see if you'd like to have an attorney present during questioning return the call to the department immediately at 281 310 5693 and consider yourself notified.
I don't know if I should be worried or not. I have lived at the same address for 10 years and I know that nothing was sent to me. Please reply if you find anything out!
