Scam artist threatening legal proceedings .. nicely ends phone call message with "good luck." Name left Vincent Delgado. They have been calling my phone on and off for years. I reported them to the FBI Fraud and Scams website. Report this caller to https://www.usa.gov/stop-scams-frauds. Phantom Debt Calls: Phantom debt scams - Beware of letters and calls, supposedly from "debt collectors" or "court officials". These scammers make threatening claims requiring you to pay money that don't owe.
I got a call from the same number and person. I too was weary of a scam, however I was served a subpoena 3 days later... I lost the case miserably but I have peace of mind.
Stop lying and trying to frighten people. Why would you look up this number on this site if this had happened to you and it was all over? I would suggest that you are one of the scammers and the scam is not very successful so you have decided to come on here and try and frighten people into falling for it.
I used to be in denial, but the reality was I was 19 and broke, with no plan of paying anyone back. No need to be rude. I looked up the number for the same reason you did, because I thought it was a scam.
