Houston policeman that does photography on the side. Sick man that sends harrasing text messages and voice mail messages. He abuses his position of power using a cell phonr that cannot be traced to carry out his sick games. He feels that he is above the law and that he can continue these acts with impunity. I have dozens of his text and voice messages as evidence. Anyone else being bothered by this looser? Are there any policemen with character that heard rumors of his sick behavior? Step forward and do the right thing. Expose this coward before he hurts someone. He must do this to others if he is doing this to me. i never even met the man. he took pictures of my ex wife and sends me her pictures to taunt me. i can defend myself, perhaps some of his victims live in fear from this man who swore to uphold the law. Help put an end to this criminal behavior before he goes to far with some defenseless woman that shunned his advances.
Caller is a Houston Policeman who does photography as a side job photographing weddings, graduations, Etc... . He makes calls and sends vulgar text messages from this number that is un-traceable. Must be using a cell service that he pays for using cash? Has been bothering me for over one year sending me pics of my ex- wife even though I ignore all his calls and text. When i blocked his number, he just used other cell numbers that could not be traced. Not intimidated, just annoyed and wonder if this man is using his position of authority to bother other people? He is obviously abnormal, sick. Hope he is not dangerous to others. Will continue to ignore him. If he is bothering others, he should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law which he has sworn to uphold.
