Text msg rec'd:  "Your entry in last months drawing won you a FREE $1,000 Target Giftcard! Enter "281" at target.com.tict.biz to tell us where to ship it."  

Thing is...I didn't enter any drawing and I don't shop at Target.  This is the second or third text I have received from this or a similiar number in the last month.

The number is local (Houston area).

just got a very similar text message at 1:54 am from 347-224-4131, which is a NYC cellphone exchange

I got the message at 8am
