Man with an Irish accent wanted to speak with a particular HR employee, who doesn't have an office phone. The caller requested his cell twice, and I refused twice, citing company policy, which annoyed him further. He denied introducing his company, so I transferred him to a line with a recording that stated the person didn't have voicemail. I hated doing that to someone from the Auld Sod, but he was rather irritating.
