This person said he was from the texas state highway patrol....asked for a donation....when i said no he was rude and nasty! Totoal scam artists!

Said he name was Charlie from Tx Hwy Patrol and need to talk to my husband about a ticket when I ask for more info got very rude and hung up .I called DPS Hwy Patrol they did not know the number and was not any help.
