Got a call from 281-742-3791, told us he was unable to fix our computer any more and is going to refund the money we paid. We aren’t really sure but its probably NTS IT. This was a scam to start, with a popup saying there was a virus and that we should call 877-490-6709. Has anyone gotten this phone message.
Called my office phone at 8:46PM. Stayed on the phone long enough to make the voice mail pick up then hung up. Never left a message. But since I read all the previous posts I'll probably block their number.
I have been getting calls from this for over a month. Elderlly man middle eastern maybe. wants money. Knows where I live. My name lots of information should not know. I have become very alarmed. Calls late at night.. The police will do nothing.
Caller from this number said he was from the company, wanted me to send money to him then he would deposit money in my bank account.Called
Several time with same message however tonight he called said I owed taxes and he was coming to pick me up to take me to jail, very treating with African, or maybe Jamaican accent.today is Thursday, july/10/14
Called 3 times told me he wanted to send me a check to pay my irs taxes. (I don't own any). I told him to put it where the sun don't shine. I imagine he wanted my bank account number and more. SCAM..
Just got a call from this number and person using the name Tom Hardy stating that he was from the SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE and he needed to talk to me. I told I was not available and I was reporting him to HPD.
