This GIPTU company has so many phone numbers you'll be blocking forever. I just got one from 610-508-4010 so beware. When I Googled to see what kind of company it was, its pretty foggy but many Indian folks were complaining about being refused when showing their cards or ID. They have a Facebook page where many people are bashing them for racism and a Linkdin page describing I guess what they claim they actually do. Doesn't look too savory!
Caller ID said Rehoboth Bea DE. As others above said, it's a robocall that sounds real, and even responds to things you say. After "he" introduced himself, I said "this is a robocall, isn't it." He said "Do I sound that bad, ha ha". Pretty good for a computer, actually! I hung up at that point.
Supposedly - for the Vets 302-212-1778 - and I do mean Supposedly - I asked where they were calling from - Wisconsin.. Being a disabled Vet .. I did not give any info.. as I was hanging up.. I said quickly - send me an envelope and I hung up.. Not giving him any information. I did not know if it was legit.. so I didn't give it my normal stick it where the sun doesn't shine retorts.... that's why I came on here to see what others have found. Thank You Kris for giving the heads up.. it sounded suspicious because as soon as I said something it would drop and then start talking again.. I too received Rehoboth Bea DE on Caller ID. Time to report it to the proper authorities..
