Caller ID Name UNAVAILABLE; Local Access Landline in Rehoboth, DE; robo-call, selling back braces, which are Medicare-covered, so they are relentless; have asked to rep. (press 1) to stop calling and pressed 2 to be removed, but they continue to call anyway, despite never having done business with them and being on both Federal and State do-not call registries; they eventually start calling from a different number; file an FTC complaint, block them, etc.
Just got called from this number. Caller ID said Pain Clinic. Recording said someone had recommended us for blah blah blah, which is not true. We are not in pain, except for these calls. I knew it was a scam and I have a new call blocker which works great, so I punched the code to block and never again will I hear from this scammer. We have had this blocker only a week and it's like a miracle worker.

Since the masses receive these harassing pain device calls I doubt seriously there is a connection to your purchase on Amazon. The connection you made was a logical one, but I sincerely do not believe Amazon is involved. I have no affiliation with Amazon, other than being a very frequent shopper. I am just a victim of the insanity of illegal telemarketing, as is everyone who visits this site. A call from this number just woke up a very sick family member, who needed rest. Now they just called with a different extension 302-212-1773, same low life. I have 302 blocked and that is satisfying to hear them get zapped after one ring but, I still keep track of the numbers to report.

I did not order a brace of any kind nor did I inquire about one - said someone from my telephone number had recently called asking for information about knee and/or back braces. I am on the Do Not Call list and I never called ANYONE asking about knee or back braces. I have never ordered from Amazon, and don't know who provided my phone number.
