DC types trolling these threads and mocking consumers is horrible behavior. However, "doxing" is even much, much worse. The folks behind this number are world-class scumbags
Appears to be a small (maybe kitchen table) illegal debt scam operation based in the US. Use the names of Joe Marshall and Joe Ward, female caller refers to herself as "Ms. Turner". Call themselves "Ward and Associates" or "Marshall and Associates"
Make a variety of illegal threats (e.g., law suits, arrest, suspended driver's license), threats of violence, racists taunts and sexual innuendos. They have also posted personal information of targets on other websites to "dox" them.
They demand payment via money gram or pre-paid card. Very similar MO to the Indian payday loan scammers, but consumers report these callers speak English well and are Americans
