several calls, no message

I blocked my number and called number back and the message said..." you have reached law centric member services, we cannot accept your call with a blocked number...blah blah blah"  not sure who they are but they call occasionally and never leave a message.

Received a telephone from this no. with no voicemail message left.  Called the number and a message stated about calling regarding an accident.

This number I called back and its an "if you where in an accident, motorcycle or car accident compinsation" junk.

This number has called several times.  My phone number is registered to the Do Not Call List.
