Who called from 3022345698

I waited on hold to tell them to stop calling and how to get off their calling list and she gives me this 1-800-277-4653 and I called it and the recording said welcome to 1 -800 [***] HOLE  I was like wtf !!! Looks like the end is not near

I keep getting these calls and when call them back the number is not in service.

This is your govt at work. No call list is a friggin joke. Anyone know how or where they are?

Called my cell.  Didn't recognize number so didn't answer.  Thanks to comments above, I've added this as yet another phone number (#20) for "SCAMMER" in my phone's contact list.  (If they call back from this number, caller ID will say "scammer" and I'll KNOW not to answer.)

Had a missed call - called it back and the number is not in service - couldn't have been that important
