Received call from same number, caller name on ID when I search it comes up King of Peru. Gives same story about about IRS going to prosecute. The guys so stupid the IRS does not make phone calls, also, it definitely wouldn't be from some ignorant Indian guy with poor english. Report all calls from this [***] to the FBI, I've been in contact with them regarding this manner.
I have received many calls from this guy over the last couple/few years (almost always from a different number and state). Same thing every time - I'm going to jail if I don't pay, federal violation....blah, blah blah.
In 2016, I don't understand how this guy and other scams like this can continue without THEM going to jail. How do they get away with this?
Same male calls every month, sometimes every day! It's a recording. Says his name is David Gray and he calling because of an enforcement action of the US Treasury against us. Want to "help" us avoid prosecution. Has an Indian accent. We have committed a "federal offense" according to him. Yeah, right. Why doesn't someone go after this guy??
