Called my apartment and the call blocker service blocked it after one ring. Can't say the name because of this sites stupid rules. Also because I got a spam call again this means that the FTC is slacking off again on there new laws regarding this.
Number was in CID. No message was left. Called number while my info was blocked. Caller answered First National Collection Bureau. Advised her telephone number was in CID and trying to figure out who it was. Asked for telephone number and after provided asked for unknown person. After telling her I did not know the person, she said telephone number would be removed. I paraphrased it would be placed on their internal DNC list. She stated yes and got off phone quickly after wishing me a good day.
Did some research. There is a website for a place in NV. Obviously telephone number is spoofed.

If they call again, reporting to governmental agency since they do not play well with others.

Receive calls 2-3 times a week, most of the time when I answer they hang up, they have never left a message. The one time I answered they asked for my brother who has never lived here, I asked what it was in reguards to after explaining my brother didn't live here nor has he ever. The gentleman said it was a legal matter and he needed to speak to my brother. Gave the guy my lawyers number and explained that was my brothers lawyer as well, needless to say they haven't called me again, and our lawyers office confirmed it is a scam attempt.
