I now answer with some ridiculous Company name and leave the phone off of the hook. They have never said a word. I figure it is better to tie up their line for 45 minutes with silence o than to just hang up. It is very frustrating.

This number 302 261 5561 is NAVIENT, SALLIE MAE. I've gotten calls between 8:01 a.m. Throughout the day until 9:15 p.m. at night, but when they call yes, it is silent. It is a recording. I've asked them over and over to stop. I am paying them and on time but they continue to harass you. Where does this stop. They are automatically taking payments from my accounts. If THEY post 1 day late I get these calls all day long.
Thanks 'Annoyed' since I had no idea who it was since I pay all my bills with Navient. They cash my checks 'immediately' so i know they are getting the funds. This is beyond harrassment if they were a boyfriend or husband I could get a order of protection against them. How do you stop them? I thought this was illegal. And yet it starts at 8 AM in the morning all day and from different #'s. I just don't answer the phone anymore.
