Who called from 3022846999

Keeps calling every day. I keep ignoring. No messages left.

He said he was from Microsoft and there was a problem with a down load.  He said that I hadn't responded to their e-mails so I said send me another.  Never saw it.  He sounded like a good guy so I was wondering why he was working a scam.

Called my home and I asked what it was about and she didn't answer. I told her to loose my number.

Called it was an unknown number so did not answer.  So far there have been two calls.

Said she worked for "technical solutions" and that my windows firewall wasn't updating correctly. Didn't believe that for a second, but it was freaky that they knew my name.
