When the phone number you call someone from does not exist, you can claim to be anyone you want to be. If your phone number does not match the company you say you are calling from, you can claim to be anyone. I get calls from Elvis Presley and Jesus Christ all the time. This phone number called me today, and they did leave a message. First thing to do is to check the phone number to see who owns it. Unfortunately, this phone number does not exist in a Google search. The person calling was a black female who spoke in a fashion that I almost didn't understand what she was saying. I replayed the message over and over and I think I deciphered it. Her named was "(something) Jackson", she said she was calling from "Recovery Solutions Group" (?) and has something she needs to tell me, would I please call her back.
I think not Ms. "Jackson". If you really have something to tell me, then you should use the United States Postal Service and send it by certified mail - otherwise - you are just a random telephone call from out of town and you could be anybody. This number is being stored on my list of telemarketing scam callers.
