Who is this from?

I did not get a call from this number but it was provided to me in an email regarding items for sale on craigslist.  The email said the person was hearing-impaired.  I was checking around online to see if this was a scammer.

( got the same message from craigslsit ad that the person was hearing impaired...has to be a scam...

I got a message in an email in response to my craigslist ad for a used car that i am selling.  Also said the person is hearing impaired.  Scam it is.
