Just to keep the reports going - got the same 2 rings and then hang up. A friend had it happen a few days ago, but I assume she wasn't hacked since this number still popped up as the originator not hers.
Same here, two rings on my cell. The number belongs to Nortec, in Deleware, but I think the number must be spoofed. Nortec is a huge company that would have no reason to call my personal cell. Probably a telemarketer using Nortec's number so you will pick up.
