This call is from a computer service operation. They want you to sign a contract for a years service. They will have you bring up a doss program pertaining to your network and claim that you are in danger from foreign hackers. This is false to get a hook into you. If you do have a legitimate problem with your computer they can and will fix it for a year's service contract as their contract states. Better off getting the work done locally as these guys will never leave you alone.
