I have been receiving these calls too from 3023803686 so I kept calling him back letting him know that I reported him to the IRS.gov fraud website although I don't think they care so I kept calling back and texting him to harrass him telling him the police are on the way. Just for fun--the IRS never calls they will contact you by paper mail.
got a call and they left a message, say "this is the final call from the IRS, we are filing a law suite against you. please contact us at 360-380-3686."

This should be reported to the IRS some people may panic and call them back, and provide information or payment that should NOT be given. As far as I know the IRS will not contact you they will first send you a certified letter with a contact number.
This number call and left a voicemail saying that they are IRS and they filling a lawsuit against me... This is a scam, IRS send you certify letter first, they wont call you that way.
