If he's this persistent, he must not be getting through to his so-called "clients." He should be sued for harassment and fraudulence among a laundry list of other things.

American Credit Debt Recovery (ACDR) has a Post Office box in Cana, VA. However, we have not been able to locate a physical address for the firm. It appears the firm is not located in Cana. Randall Keirl is listed as the Administrative contact on ACDR's web site domain registry. Mr. Keirl is also listed as the President of Infocom USA, Inc. in Pilot Mt., NC. Infocom USA, Inc. has an "F" rating with the BBB in Winston-Salem, NC. According to information we are receiving from consumers, the firm appears to be a collection agency for UBS, Inc. of Winston-Salem, NC. UBS is sending out invoices to businesses for a listing in a business directory.

Our company is receiving calls from Agent Saul Rosenberg who claims we owe a bill. The only so called proof that we owe this bill is a fake telephone recording that is barely audible. We have turned him over to our attorney for his harassing, speed dialing phone calls. He has belittled everyone who has answered the phone. We only have 4 lines and he manages to tie them all up. He even told one of our employees "liar, liar pants on fire"!!! He's so professional. Our attorney plans on suing him personally, not his company.
I have to laugh - I mean, really - a manipulated voice recording does not a contract make! Nor will it stand up in a court of law. Glad you have an attorney handling this.

I bet these people are just too ugly to get a real job.
That's beside the point, but it makes me feel better when they call 40-50 times a day. By me not giving in to this fraudulence, they do not get paid. HA HA. A man from the office calls all the time and sends a fax EVERY DAY and we're not even the person he's looking for! It's ridiculous!
ACDR CORP IS A SCAM. THEY COMMIT FRAUD. DO NOT GIVE IN!! THEY SHOULD BE SUED FOR HARASSMENT, FRAUDULENCE AND ASSAULT.
