they just called me , i answered and they said "they have been trying to contact me for the past.." then i hung up . they called me on my cell phone as well .

keep getting calls, from this number, no idea who it is will not answer it, and never leaves a message

WCA Offer Clearing House is who this number also belongs to.  They are an outsourced group by other companies to sell product to idiots.  

They called me about reducing my debt, so it's not just AT&T.  AT&T just bought time from them.

I keep getting calls from this number and many more on a daily basis.I feel like answering it and cussing them out due to the fact my cell is a pay as you go.They're are all listed on the internet as telemarketers. Put your phone numbers on the national do not call list and if they continue to call they can get a hefty fine after 31 days.

Got call from this number and they never left a message. When I called it back some 18yo girl said that my number will be removed from this hotline. Strange??
