this phone number called me left a message about lowering my intrest rate and to call back a 844 number this is SPAM. this is another attempt to access personal information and steal identity
I've also been receiving these calls, however I now no who it is. It's a college company regarding college information. You would have had to register online to get information from their company about colleges, to receive the call.
