This call comes in multiple times a day. They leave no message and if I answer there is no response, only silence. I have not called the number on the caller ID back which says DIRECTV because it could be one of the numbers that charges $25 per minute. For 3 weeks straight the call comes in sometimes multiple times a day but at least daily...
ID said Directv. Answered since we have directv. After she said the call was being recorded for quality purposes I stated, "I am too. I am recording this call." She hung up on me. That was rude.
Holy Crap I fell for it. Showtime package for 11 bucks a month. Since then 24 hours has passed and still no Showtime. What did I agree to and how bad is it going to be? I called Direct TV and they have no record of this and they don't have a deal like that either.
Same situation here.. Several calls. Took the call, Informed them I knew that they were a FRAUD, and I am on the DNC list. I contacted DirectTV, and reported it, they are "Red flagging this", sending it directly to corporate and too the FCC Directly. DO NOT GIVE A CC# Over the phone, If you have Direct TV service, they already have your CC # on file when you began service. ALWAYS ask for a Badge number.
