302-394-9564 is likely a new number for the same old credit card scam that's been running for years now. Why the authorities don't shut them down and jail their [***] is beyond comprehension. Apparently from Wilmington, Delaware.
When you call back it says "wca subscriber services" and that I am not a subscriber, as they do not recognize my number and to please call back using a subscribed number. WCA Subscriber Services is apparently a discount shopper thing and they want you to take a survey and get a 25$ walmart gift card. Apparently you can get them to unsubscribe your number if you call it back.
I pushed 1 for a rep, who transfered me to a guy with a thick New Jersey accent. i wasted about 15 minutes of their time, and got the New Jersey guy so mad he started yelling and crying. If they call, get a live person and waste their time. That's how to stop them. Got the idea from here:
