Got two calls from these people tonight. All my phone showed was two missed calls from 302-394-9566 and then "Restricted" whatever that means. I have no clue who they are however if they knew me and wanted to contact me they know the drill, and that wasn't it.
Someone called "WCA" who offers you two $25 Wal-mart gift cards for subscribing to their magazines. They do have an option for removing your phone number if you call back, Let's see if it works.
