Sent me a text message on 10/2/13 that said: "THIS IS JUSTIN ALLEN FROM STATE INVESTIGATION, your payment is pending against the outstanding loan, want to know what when you are going to make
the payment against that payday loan, this is the last notification from government else a BENCH warrant would be generated against you. what are you willing to do regarding this case??"
