RHey i had a real rude women call my fathers home and she refused her name and her contact info she refused and hung up on me. She gave me a 800 number.for a servicing center which ended up being another collections agent who claimed he was a hired mediator for the National Attorney Network which is an group of ;attorney/debt collectors , the guy i spoke to.kept putting me on hold acting like he was talking to the actual attorney when i asked to speak with the attorney i was told no i needed to make arrangments lol its a crock..do not give these people any of ur info and send them a cease and desist you can pull samples online...and it will be all over after they get that.. If they cant show u legal documents and provide you with the attorneys ingormat who they claim is sueing u then i wouldn't give them any more energy
It's some guy calling from a wireless number! That tells it all. Why would you have to call him to resolve the matter before being served any papers? It's his job to serve the papers, that's what he gets paid for! The debtor sure didn't hire him to resolve the matter is a civil complaint has already been filed. And if a civil complaint has already been filed, it would be of public record. Also, this idiot says at the end of the message that "you have been notified"! Sorry but that isn't an acceptable way of being notified. What a bunch of clowns! FRAUD!!

Someone trying to scare you into sending them money! They don't properly identify themselves nor do they identify the person who they are calling on behalf of. They scare you with the idea they are going to serve you docs to appear in court. Check your state's public records site, it will say if you have been sued or not.
These people are just jerks. As soon as you challenge them, they get all nasty with you. If they are real, they should be able to verify the debtor, the amount and will want to work with you. If they say pay or else, it's a scam!
