Caller ID comes across as though it is from a local large car dealership, but is actually those scammers at Card Services.

That's the latest variation of the Card Services scam: They spoof a number that's relatively close to yours to try to trick you into answering the phone. They don't care if the number they spoof is that of a legitimate business.
