This was Jessica Ericsson from Henning Business calling themselves a consulting company to sell me a 5 year contract with GSA with Federal Government.

I also got a call about the same time from 302-451-6980 called iPhone at 8:21 am. Caller ID = "NEWARK, DE (sounds like spam to me). 800notes confirms this is a spammer about lowering interest rates.
Look at location and phone numbers, Seems to be same spammer about lowering interest rates.

I now have total FREEDOM from these scammer calls. I have BLACKLIST them on my new "ProCALL Blocker" version 2, which I bought at Amazon for $59.99 with Free Shipping. ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AZ43MGU/ref=oh_details_o01_s01_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 )
This device BLOCKS 1500 numbers. So much better than my Panasonic telephone which only blocked unsatisfactory 30 numbers.

If they try to call again, my phone will not even ring. When they attempt a call, they get an immediate rude click, then a disconnect. YIPPEE. GOOD RIDDANCE
