THEY KEEP CALLING ME, WILL NOT SAY ANYTHING, PLEASE MAKE THEM STOP!!!!1

They have called several times in last week while I was out.  Today I answered and about 2 seconds later they hung up.  Caller ID says Vitelity, LLC.

Mine didn't even show up with a name of a company, it just said "Private Name" on the ID. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.

This person has called me several times over the past few weeks at all hours of the day. When I answer no one says anything and they hang up
