If anyone can offer me irrefutable proof of the person behind these scam calls, I will arrange it so they will never be able to play their games again.
I have been (weekly) receiving calls from several numbers with the same people. They either discuss that they are from Mega Millions, and with a $199.00 expense payment to have my prize of 2 million dollars and a BMW delivered to my door they will send the messenger today. Of course this is a scam. Mega Millions will never call you about your winning ticket. The other calls are of concern that our computer is putting out a message that someone is trying to hack our computer. Of course they are associated with Microsoft, NOT! Microsoft does not call you about transmutations from your computer. They offer to fix your computer with a small charge of $199.00. I told them in both cases that they were wrong in both cases. They did not hang up and kept my phone tied up for about 3 minutes, They continue to call and when getting the option to leave a message they do not hang up the phone. Their call naturally consumes all the available space on my answering service. When you try to re-dial their number it will not go through because we have our phone set to not make overseas calls. The voices are of Indian accent. I am tired of this and had to notify family that they need to leave messages for me to return their calls. Therefore I do not answer the phone.
