I have gotten 2 calls from 302-544-9206. Both automated voicemails saying that they need me to confirm my name, SS number to verify the delivery address or to obtain a final statement and attorney information. Automated message from Christopher Aldrich. Clearly its a scam.
I received a rude message from a Paul saying YOU OR YOUR ATTORNEY NEED TO CALL ME NOW that was Sept 5th. Yesterday I called spoke to the DIRECTOR. Looking for someone who I divorced almost 20 YEARS AGO. Promised that he removed my number. Now TODAY Sept 13th I received a message FROM CHRIS ALDRIDGE saying they sent mail that was returned need current address. I called back and left a message for him to speak to his director they have the wrong house. I WILL FIND A WAY TO REPORT THIS TO SOMEONE IF THIS CONTINUES
The have already violated FDCPA collection laws by calling you twice. You need to immediately report them as this is a known criminal organization. Read CWG40's post on the first page. You may end up doing this:
You need to send them a certified, return receipt "not me" letter (think of it as the best $6.47 you ever invested). Also send it first class mail in case no one will sign for it. Make a notation of that fact at the bottom of the letter. You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to. Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment. If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it. Yes I keep getting the exact same call! And voicemail stating they tried delivering mail today that I had to sign for so it was returned ... I was home all day never got anything I had to sign for! They won't stop calling!!!
