Scammer. Stupid recording offering to eliminate tax owed by people. They call disregarding the "do not call" system. I am logging them on my phone.l as a "scam caller" because there is no caller name, this way I will know who it is and will not answer the call. They make it easier to be hated, damn scammers.
Got the same message this morning something about reducing or eliminating back taxes and reducing IRS tax bill. Caller ID showed the number and Delaware. I'm reporting this to the FCC and whoever else I can think of.
