He tried this with me too for a car I have for sale. Tried to get me to let him pay me by pay pal, thank God something told me there was something wrong, who buys a car without driving it or even seeing it in person!!! What a pos! Hopefully he/she gets caught!!!!

Received scam email from [email protected] claiming he would like to purchase my car and give me an extra $1700. Do not disclose any information to him. This guy is not a Marine nor on base.
I have a camper for sale, got the same email from [email protected], the phone number was 914-268-2814. My first red flag is that since when can you not use a cell phone from a military base, but you can text?
