These ppl called again so i answered. CSC Corp SVC CO is the caller id. They are selling registered agent services. I told Angie (who probably has been the one calling), that we already have a registered agent and we are happy. She was like "i know, but don't you want to save money" I told her politely that we will be canceling our registered agent in a few states (as we don't need them any more). Then gave her the "Don't call us, we will call you" farwell.

This number called us again same company (but with a different Caller ID). I'm starting to get frustrated - caller block is not catching this number even though it is listed as a block number

At the same mailing address, ( See Bex's post above ) we find CTC Media, a large Russian broadcasting company publicly traded in the US. At the same phone number, 302 636 5400, we find a company named The Company Corporation: www.incorporate.com .
