I get this call for the last two days......they state I owe money from a previous pay day loan. And they stated there is litigation against my social security number and I need to set up payment....not sure if it's a scam
They've harrassed me too, even calling from local numbers in my region but with this as call back. Very nasty and sounds shady. Similar spiel I've read about from shady collectors... "regarding paperwork just come across my desk regarding allegations..."o
