Political robo-call from FirstStateLiberty. I tried to hang up on them, but the line would not release.
I would call this "phone line hi-jacking". I tried calling them back, but could not get a live person.
The only way to speak to someone, is to leave your phone number so the TROLL can call you back.
For some people this kind of annoyance is inconvenient, but for a disabled person with 2 parents
in nursing homes and a brother with major medical/health issues.
There are times when my phone is the only bridge between life and death, so I consider this kind of call to be a threat against health and safety..
Something needs to be done before someone dies as a result of phone abuse.
This group will not give you an option to be put on the DO NOT CALL list. In June, I called them twice, and sent two emails. I told them to stop calling me. They told me on July 1 that my number is on the DNC list. Today, they have once again called my house and left one of the political messages. They are looking for donations.
I have once again sent them a THIRD email and told them to leave me alone. I would never contribute to someone over the phone anyway! I consider this harassment now. Unlike telemarketers, I doubt you can report them for not stopping the calls even if you are on the DNC list.
