A guy named Scott has been calling asking for someone who doesnt work here. We have explained to him that he is calling the wrong company and he keeps calling. He is now calling every 10 sec. Not sure what to do.

This guy named John keeps calling my place of employment every 10 seconds and won't stop. I called the police but am not sure what to do. The police officer is trying to trace the call but he still won't stop calling.
They called me also. Claim we need to get them funds stat. Claim they are trying to collect on a payday loan that was defaulted upon. They are scammers.
This is a criminal extortion ring operating out of India. ABC News released an investigative report on it in June. The FTC has indicted one of its ringleaders for criminal fraud:
In the meantime, you are going to have to do whatever you can to protect yourself. That includes letting them know they are running a scam and are reporting them to the authorities.
Also let me say Cash Advance USA is a payday loan company but the people calling from 302-729-8234 are fraudulantly representing themselves as being with this company. Cash Advance USA explains on their website their procedures/policies and these folks calling from 302-729-8234 do not follow their procedures and do not represent them...
