Went straight to voicemail. Said they are from the University of Delaware, and have been trying to get in touch for a survey. They have called 14 times this month.
They claim to be doing a research study about travel patterns in Newark. I "agree to participate" and then the guy starts asking about what kind of phone service I have.... I ask him what that has to do with travel in Newark and he stammers some crappy response. I declined further "participation" and hung up. He has called me 2x a day since.....
