I am getting calls and snail mail for Cars I don't own any more. They would have something besides "Survey" as a caller ID if they were legit. Avoid these guys
"...not a scam per se?" When an independent auto warranty company informs you that your warranty is about to expire, and they try to talk you into purchasing more warranty time (on a car that is 23 years old, no less) for a lot of money... it IS a "scam"....
