BBB IS QUITE LATE WITH THIS WARNING AS ITS BEEN GOING ON FOR SOMETIME NOW, as 800notes published their article about phone scams in Nov 08. Here it 8 months later and the BBB is just getting the warning out.
Another reason NOT TO TRUST THE BBB
IF they pay BBB dues – BBB DOES NOT ACCURATELY REPORT COMPLAINTS AGAINST DUES PAYING MEMBERS.
They don’t want to lose those fees – so they side with the fraudulent business over the consumer. They do not post complaints against dues paying members.

Recieved another call regarding credit card rates this morning. Listened to the recording about lowering my rate. Pressed 9 to talk to someone. Started telling them to take me off this call list and they hung up on me AGAIN...... How do I stop this.
