Who called from 3050005832

I get a call form 305-000-5832 DAILY. Of 35 missed calls, MOST were from this number

305 is a Florida area code. I tried tracing it through white pages and they could not find out who it was. This definately has to be a scam. How many phone numbers have 000 as the first three digits of their number?

EXCHANGE 000 TO EXCHANGE 199 ARE INVALID. "NATIONALNANPA.COM" LIST ALL AREA CODES AND VALID EXCHANGE NUMBERS.  THEY ARE CROOKS.  IT'S TIME TO GET OUT THE OLD POLICE WHISTLE AND LET THEM HAVE IT.  THEY ARE CORUPTING OUR PHONE SYSTEM. THEY MUST BE REPORTED.

Keep Getting This Freaking @$$|-|{}|_E Number Calling Me And Not Saying Freaking Word

Didn't recognize number, so didn't answer.   "Message" on voice mail was dead air.
