I just received my second call from this number. I pressed 9 to speak to a live person, and they asked me if I had any credit card debt. When I said no, they asked "So you pay no interest?", to which I replied, "No, and this is the second time I will tell you that I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY which means do not call me or I will report you to the FCC." And to that, I got the response "You're retarded!" and was promptly hung up on. I will now for sure be making a complaint with the FCC. This is ridiculous.
I got a call from this number. My husband answered it and the message said it was about our credit card so he got connected with the live operator. When they told him it was about lowering the interest rate on our credit card, he asked them "which one" and they hung up.
Recording says it's Cardmember Services and there is nothing wrong with your account...I waited for an option to get a live rep, pressed option 9. Got connected to a male rep who answered, "do you currently have over $3000 in credit debt?" I said actually, I'm requesting to have my number removed and we are on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. He hung up.

Just received a call from this number. The message was the same as above- something about our credit account that I couldn't quite make out. Their recording came on as my outgoing message was being played.
I got a call from this number, the recording stated they could reduce my interest rate on my credit card to 6%. I pressed 9 to talk to a live representative. When I asked which credit card he was calling about, he hung up.
