I live in Pennsylvania and have received this call 4 times. It is from a Company ( they gave me the name "Account Services") which is obviously bogus. These people are thieves and the call message was about "lowering my interest rates". I did a *69 on my land line and was given the number 305-000-9879 which, when I called it, was not a working number. BIG surprise! I then dialed *57 for the phone company to put a trace on the number. My next step was to file a complaint with the Pennsylvania State Attorney General's office which they gladly took all my information. I was informed by them that my complaint was definitely NOT the first regarding this SCAM. By the way, I picked up the last call they placed to me (because I was furious) and I was given the option to press "9" to speak to a real live person. Sure enough, a real live person picked up immediately and stated " I am here to help you get a lower interest rate today". When I confronted him and told him I was filing a complaint, he cursed my out using several choice words--and then hung up. This BOGUS SCAM of a Company WILL get caught--there have been enough complaints to warrant action on behalf of the PA State Attorney General's office. I would imagine that this company's telephone number (and name) changes daily--so be very, very careful.

i got a call yesterday from these idiots. 305-000-9879. they are fishing for info. i think it might be california recovery services in california. watch them. they are the lowest of the low.
