Who called from 3051084020

Just got a call one minute ago. I don't answer calls where I don't have the number in my address book. Since it was a 305 (Miami), I almost answered it. What threw me off was that the number started with a '108'. I have never seen that before.

305-108-4020 did not leave a message.

Caller just randomly called me, and I picked up. Nothing Happened, so I hung up.

its a telemarketing company offering medical insurance in spanish. When i requested to be removed from their calling list the rep said he was sorry but that he couldn't becaue his calling list came directly from the federal government.

I got a call from this number, but didn't answer, because the 108 was kind of suspicious.  I'm a T-Mobile customer, that seems to be a theme here, huh?

I'm on the DO NOT CALL list and I still keeping getting calls from this number too.
