This is a debt collector.

Called my cell, left no message. They are now blocked.

.If it is bill collector than leave a message,  don't hang up on me. If it is important enough, you will.leave a msg. like all lagit bill collectors.I believe the law is not to call @8:55 pm either& call over and over again and not speak when I answer.

They keep calling even though I have asked to send documentation through the mail and not to call my number.

Called me today and didnt answer. I figure if your call is important, you will leave a message. Didnt get a message from this number so I didnt bother.
