Did you notice the three digits in the middle of the phone number ? The exchange "124" ?
That is a spoofed number.
There are no telephone numbers with "1" as the first digit in any exchange in the USA or Canada.
I have received persistent calls from phone number 305-124-6253. I already knew that there is never any D IDs or prefixes that begin with a number one. Of course as I expected when calling the number I am told that this is not a working number! How can I get them to stop calling me?
Yep getting persistent calls from 305-124-6253, just hangs up when i answer, will leave 9 or 10 second long blank messages if i don't. calling back results in an error message.
Got this call on one of my throwaway numbers, so bothered to pick up after 5 rings. No voice, no message, hanged up on me after a couple more seconds of silence. Have a couple of missed calls from this number in history. Looks like automated numbers probing. Considering other reports - anyone shall blacklist this number.
