Got this call on my work number called it back got a busy signal

left me a message during class...left no message...who is it?

They keep calling - it's a recorded voice from "card services" saying to "press 1" if you want to reduce interest rate to 4.9 %. Since I don't have a card at more than 0%, it must be a phisher.

Recieved a call around 12:pm. Just called back and got a busy signal. Thanks for the info guys!!!
